Call me crazy but I have always enjoyed making Hudson's baby food and was a little sad when he started eating strictly table food. How easy were the days when I could disguise his vegetables in purees. Now it's like pulling teeth to get him to eat anything remotely healthy. Just watch as greens fly across the room (I'm exaggerating a little).
I'm loving this website that was recommended to me by a friend. Weelicious. It has tons of recipes for the kiddos but today I made Zuccini Coins and I ended up eating them for lunch with Hudson.
Hud even dipped them in marinera on his own with minimal mess (by his standards anyway).
And the Hud was happy (name that book).

Jessica Seinfeld's cookbook where she "hides" pureed veggies into all sorts of foods (chicken nuggets, cakes, etc). Not just for kids! But I thought you might find it helpful :)
Thanks for the recommendation! I saw her on Oprah a couple of years ago but forgot about that book. I will defiantly check into it!
Yeah!! I need to try those! I SOOO love that website! I'm with you though, it's hard to hide things now that he's eating solids. Keep the ideas coming!!
