Hair Cut and Walks

Last week I had about 14 inches cut off of my hair to give to Locks of Love. My hair had gotten so long (the longest it has ever been) and was starting to drive me a little crazy. I love it short! I'm ready for summer!
Casey and I have been taking Hudson out for walks most every evening since the weather has been so nice. He loves his stroller and the Baby Bijorn. Maybe we just have an outdoor baby on our hands. It seems to settle him down for the evenings and gives us a chance to get a little excercise.

Newborn Pictures and Recent Activity

We had more photos taken with the wonderful Mrs. Alicia Beasley a couple of weeks ago for Hudson's newborn pictures. He was naked for most of the pictures so Casey and I got peed and pooped on several times! He was a little fussy but of course Alicia got some amazing pictures regardless.

Lately Hudson is beginning to be more aware of things around him and seems to really love laying in the floor in his little gym. He is starting to coo a little bit and if we are lucky, we can get a smile out of him. He will sit and stare at us while we talk to him; some of the faces he makes crack us up.

Easter

We ventured out Easter Sunday for Hudson't first trip to church. I was a little nervous as to how he would do but he did great! He didn't make a peep the whole time. Afterward we had a family lunch at my Nanny's house. He did great there too. We didn't hardly see him the entire time we were there; he was getting passed around to everyone who wanted their chance to hold him. It was a nice and much needed break! We had our weekly dinner at my parents that night and he was a little fussy like he tends to want to be most evenings. We just can't get over how fast he seems to be growing. You always hear that "they grow up so fast" but you just don't know until you experience it yourself. It really is true! He just seems to change every day.
