Brussel Sprouts

This is random but I saw this picture online and was a little bit disturbed.

Did anyone else know this is how brussel sprouts grow?  They look like an infection of warts.  I'm officially grossed out.  But not enough not to want to try this recipe.

Yum.  That makes we wish we would have grown some in our garden.  Even Hud likes them sometimes (he is pretty moody with his food).
