Casey ran his first 5K today. He has been in "training" for the last few weeks. He will give me a little time to myself in the evenings and take Hud for a run on the Suwanee Greenway. He and his friend Chris did it together. Chris has ran races before so he was there to push Casey. Casey ran it in 21 minutes and 50 seconds. His fastest time ever by quite a bit! I'm so proud of him!
